Right of withdrawal and returns
In accordance with European legislation, you have 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.

 

Return conditions :
To be eligible, returned items must:
a) Not to have been used, washed, altered or damaged;
b) Not to be personalized;
c) Wear all original labels;
d) Be in perfect condition for resale;
e) Be returned in their complete original packaging (boxes, protective bags).

 

Refunds and fees :
Return shipping costs for dissatisfaction are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using reliable carriers with tracking (such as UPS, DHL, or FedEx) to ensure safe delivery of your package.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer service department immediately at the following address to obtain a prepaid return label. Once the item has been received and verified by our team, a full refund will be credited to your original payment method within a few days.
