General Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Seller Information
The Avenida Prestige website (avenidaprestige.com) is operated by Aufraz Lda, a limited liability company with a capital of 35,000 Euros, whose registered office is located at Rua das Roseiras, R 42, 2475-029 Benedita, Portugal, registered under tax identification number (NIF) 516131672.

2. Application of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale
Acceptance of these terms and conditions implies acceptance of them in their entirety. They apply to all orders placed by the Customer on the AVENIDA PRESTIGE website. They constitute a contract between Aufraz Lda and the Customer. The Customer waives the use of any conflicting document.
These terms and conditions may be modified at any time. The applicable version is the one in effect on the website on the date of the order.
3. Validity of Offers
Our offers are intended for Customers residing in Europe.
The items presented on the website are limited to the stock available from our logistics partner, BrandsGateway. In the event that an item is unavailable after the order has been confirmed, Avenida Prestige undertakes to inform the Customer by email and to issue a full refund within 14 days.
4. Product Description
The products offered for sale are described and presented as accurately as possible, based on the information provided by BrandsGateway. We guarantee that all items are 100% authentic and come with a certificate of authenticity. Customers are encouraged to read the description of each product to familiarize themselves with its features before finalizing their purchase.
5. Creating an Account
To place an order, the Customer must create an account or provide the necessary shipping information (name, address, phone number, email). The Customer agrees to provide accurate information. Use of an account by a minor under the age of 16 requires prior parental consent.
6. Product Prices
Prices are listed in Euros (€) inclusive of all taxes (TTC), including Portuguese VAT (IVA) or the VAT of the destination country, in accordance with current European regulations.
Free Shipping: Avenida Prestige offers free shipping for all deliveries within the European Union.
Changes: We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, but products are billed based on the rates in effect at the time the order is confirmed.
7. Ordering and Secure Payment
7.1 Ordering
The ordering process includes the following steps:
Select size/color and add to cart.
Review cart details.
Log in or create a customer account.
Select payment method and confirm delivery address.
Final confirmation and payment. Any confirmed order constitutes a binding obligation to pay.
7.2 Secure Payment
Payment is processed via the secure platforms integrated with Wix, Wix Payments, PayPal, or Karna. The Customer’s banking information is encrypted and is never stored on our servers.
8. Delivery
As part of our dropshipping service with BrandsGateway, products are shipped directly from the partner’s warehouses (located in the EU).
Timelines: Processing takes 24 to 48 hours. Delivery generally takes between 3 and 7 business days.
Cost: Free throughout Europe.
9. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
In accordance with European legislation, the Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal.
Conditions: Returned items must:
a) Not have been used, washed, altered, or damaged;
b) Not be personalized;
c) Have the original tag attached;
d) Be in perfect condition for resale;
e) Be returned in their original packaging.
Use of items beyond what is strictly necessary to verify their nature, characteristics, and functionality may result in the Customer being held liable for any depreciation of the item, in accordance with applicable law.
Refunds, Fees, and Returns.
Return Policy Duration: Our return policy is 14 days, starting from the day the package is delivered. Please initiate any return request within this timeframe to ensure smooth processing. Once the request is approved, returned items must reach us within the following 14 days.
Late Returns: Returns shipped after the 14-day period will be refused.
Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective or incorrectly shipped item, please submit a request via avenidaprestige@gmail.com. A return label will only be provided after BrandsGateway confirms that the item was defective at the time of shipment or misdelivered, and that the issue is not the result of customer misuse, normal wear and tear, or damage occurring after delivery.
Returns due to customer dissatisfaction: In accordance with applicable law, unless otherwise expressly stated, the customer is responsible for all direct costs associated with returning or exchanging items, using reliable carriers such as UPS, DHL, or FedEx. We do not accept returns via local postal services (La Poste, etc.) due to excessively long delivery times; such packages will be systematically rejected.
Return conditions: All returns must be in perfect original condition, including all accessories (tags, boxes, protective bags) and the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the products have been worn, washed, or show signs of use.
Rejected Returns: In the event of a rejected return, the order will be returned to the buyer, and all additional shipping costs will be the buyer’s responsibility.
Conditional Return Policy: Please note that all returns are subject to a quality inspection upon arrival. If we reject the return due to damage or for other reasons, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.
Refunds for Canceled Orders: If an order is placed, paid for, and then canceled before shipment, a full refund will be issued without any transaction fees deducted.
Refund Process: Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving and approving the returned items.
10. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms and conditions are governed by Portuguese law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought. Failing that, the Customer may resort to an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) entity in Portugal or to the competent courts of the District of Leiria.
